How this site is built.

The name first, since nobody guesses it. HT is me. Alpaca is the name of the agent system I work with every day — the thing I actually talk to most days, and the one that helped build this site. Ponchi AI is the consulting practice that brings the same way of working to other companies.

This site is generated from a handful of data files by a Python script with no framework, no build toolchain, and no third-party requests. Every fact on it — a chip, a paper, a patent, an agent's status — lives in exactly one place, which is the only way every page on it stays consistent with the others.

The part worth mentioning is the gate. Before anything publishes, a verifier checks that no confidential term appears in the output, that every chip card carries at least one piece of evidence, that every picture is declared with its provenance and its alt text, and that no hype phrase slipped in. The verifier has a self-test that seeds each check with a violation and asserts it fails, because a detector that has never failed is not a control.

If something on this site is wrong, the build was supposed to stop. Tell me and I will fix the gate, not the page.
